SCFCU's LeAnn Case Selected as 2025 Top Growth Strategist of the Year
St. Cloud Financial Credit Union is proud to announce that Chief Strategy Officer LeAnn Case has been selected as a top growth strategist in 2025.
The International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) has named Case as the 2025 Top Growth Strategist of the Year for her outstanding leadership, dedication and commitment to the industry.
IAOTP, an international networking organization that handpicks the world’s finest, most prestigious professionals from different industries, annually recognizes individuals for their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field and contributions to their communities.
"It's a privilege to work at the intersection of purpose and possibility," Case said. "Growth isn't just about strategy — it's about helping people and organizations thrive, wherever they are and whatever they're called to do."
Case, who joined SCFCU in its full-time Chief Strategy Officer in 2025 after serving in that role in a limited capacity since 2023, has over 25 years of marketing and communications experience while playing a key role in the strategic approach at SCFCU since her arrival. With a lengthy background in the credit union industry, Case has a strong track record of leading initiatives in strategic planning, brand identity and marketing automation, and organizational growth and innovation.
IAOTP notes Case’s empowerment of organizations within the credit union industry to achieve impactful growth by translating aspirations into actionable strategies and crafting communication plans that foster both internal alignment and external engagement. IAOTP also recognized Case’s work as Board Chair of the TriUnity Foundation, a nonprofit that aims to alleviate the financial burden for those facing terminal illnesses.
"LeAnn is a top-notch talent and an incredible person," said SCFCU President and CEO Jed Meyer. "She brings energy, insight, and heart to everything she does. We are fortunate to have her leadership driving our growth forward."
With this recognition, Case and other IAOTP honorees will have the opportunity to attend the IAOTP annual award gala in December as a way to honor their achievements.
