We invite individuals and families facing the financial challenges of terminal illness to apply for support during this difficult season. This application period will close on April 15, with grants awarded by the end of May.

We know this is the worst season of your life and that you want to concentrate on your relationships and your life. So you can focus there, we’ve created an opportunity for you to be able to do that by relieving the financial burden that you’re facing.
We understand that filling out one more piece of paperwork can be daunting, so we've designed the application process to accommodate various needs. Here’s how we do it:
- A short application for assistance of $2,500.
- A slightly longer application for assistance of $10,000.
