SCFCU Announces Addition of LeAnn Case as Chief Strategy Officer

St. Cloud Financial Credit Union is proud to announce the addition of LeAnn Case to the SCFCU executive team as its new Chief Strategy Officer.

Case has over 25 years of marketing and communications experience, joining SCFCU in 2023 in a limited capacity as Chief Strategy Officer. In her time with SCFCU, she has played a key role in the credit union’s strategic approach in order to better serve its members and communities.

“Working alongside this team the past two years has been a privilege,” said Case, who was recently named Growth Strategist of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals. “Their commitment to doing what’s right for members, employees, and community is innovative, real, and rare. I’m honored to step fully into this role and continue building on the purpose-driven momentum we’ve already created together.”

In this new role, Case will join the executive team while overseeing SCFCU’s Investment Services and Multicultural Services areas, continuing to serve as Board Chair of the TriUnity Foundation, and guiding the communications strategy for SCFCU’s ownership stake in DaLand CUSO , a leading provider of technology solutions for credit unions, offering innovative products and services that drive financial inclusion and digital transformation.

“LeAnn brings a rare combination of strategic vision, brand clarity, and deep empathy,” said Jed Meyer, President & CEO of SCFCU. “Her ability to connect the dots between people, purpose, and performance makes her the ideal leader to guide our organization forward. As part of our broader talent strategy, investing in a full-time Chief Strategy Officer reflects our belief that sustainable growth isn’t just about numbers—it’s about alignment, trust, and building systems that support both innovation and human connection.”

With a strong background in the credit union industry, Case has worked and volunteered at the local, state, and national levels for nearly 30 years. Her track record includes leading initiatives in strategic planning, brand identity and marketing automation, contributing to organization growth and innovation. Prior to joining SCFCU, Case spent 12 years with The Servion Group–culminating as Chief Communications Officer—and later served as President of Vive Unlimited, partnering with credit unions, CUSOs, and industry partners on strategy and communications.

Her passion for volunteering and community development extends beyond the credit union sector. Case will continue to serve as President of Vive Unlimited in a limited capacity, sustaining the annual women’s weekender event and monthly professional growth gatherings—programs that foster connection as well as personal and professional development.

Case's personal mission is to inspire joy-filled lives and guide others through transformative journeys where connection is at the core. She is committed to inspiring others to embrace joy and purpose in all aspects of life.

“I love the credit union movement, and I’m grateful for every role it’s given me,” Case said. “Returning to serve one credit union—while helping advance its CUSO and a nationwide foundation—means I get to pour my whole heart into members and community. SCFCU is driven, human-centered, and unafraid to act; doing this work here is exactly what I’m built for.”
