Think of our Live Teller Machines as an upgraded ATM. These machines let you handle everyday banking like deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers, all from the comfort of your car. So, what’s the difference between our Live Teller Machines and our traditional drive-thru? You get to speak with a real, local SCFCU teller through live video! Not a call center. Not someone across the country. A real person who works here, at your local credit union.

What can I do on a Live Teller Machine?

You can do a lot more than you think! Here’s a list of what you can do with our Live Teller Machines:

     — Deposit cash or checks 24/7

     — Withdraw cash - AND be able to pick the types of cash bills you want

     — Cash a check

     — Make a payment

     — Transfer money between SCFCU accounts

     — Ask us questions in real time

After live-teller hours, these machines will still accept deposits and complete any cash withdrawals.

Can I still conduct my banking inside of branches?

Members are still able to come in-person to our branches during banking hours as they normally do. Our Live Teller Machines offer a drive-up experience similar to what we already offer, but allow members to visit us and use these machines for services beyond our regular hours.
