What is a Live Teller Machine?
Imagine doing various transactions, from deposits to withdrawals, with the ease of a traditional ATM but with the added warmth of a live teller available through video chat when you need one. That is exactly what you will get with our Live Teller Machines, which are replacing the traditional drive-thru experience with this combined conveniece along with personal service.
Our Live Teller Machines provide our members with a new, modern system that uses a combination of touch screens and video technology to offer a virtual version of an in-person banking experience. They are similar to ATMs, but feature a live video chat function with a SCFCU teller and allows you to perform a variety of services like you would experience inside of our credit union.
Why Live Teller Machines?
Our Live Teller Machines still provide our members with the same personalized member experience they already receive inside of our branches, but offers the ability to meet their needs with extended banking hours and giving members more flexibility to visit us. It is nearly the same experience as an ATM with the personal touch of speaking to a SCFCU teller and the convenience of a drive-thru lane.
What can I do on a Live Teller Machine?
Members can receive the same great experience through our Live Teller Machines that they can inside of our branches, doing so by speaking to a live person on an ATM-like touch screen while having the ability to deposit cash and checks, withdrawal cash, cash a check, make a payment, transfer funds and more.
Can I still conduct my banking inside of branches?
Members are still able to come in-person to our branches during banking hours as they normally do. Our Live Teller Machines offer a drive-up experience similar to what we already offer, but allow members to visit us and use these machines for services beyond our regular hours.
