SCFCU'S LeAnn Case Named 2026 Top Women Chief Strategy Officers List
St. Cloud Financial Credit Union is proud to announce that Chief Strategy Officer LeAnn Case has been named to the 2026 Top Women Chief Strategy Officers list.
Women We Admire, an organization comprised of the most accomplished women executives and leaders across the United States and Canada, recently released its annual list of Top Women Chief Strategy Officers, with Case among the individuals listed across the country.
“Strategy isn’t just about plans, priorities, or growth metrics to me, it’s about people,” Case said. “The work I’ve loved most throughout my career has been helping organizations and teams see what they’re capable of becoming and then helping build the path to get there. I’m incredibly grateful to work alongside leaders, teams, and partners who are willing to think differently, challenge assumptions, and create meaningful impact together.”
Women We Admire selected Case and the list of women executives based on their leadership and expertise in helping leadership teams make the choices that define direction: what becomes a priority, what gets deprioritized, and what can wait.

Case, who joined SCFCU as its full-time Chief Strategy Officer in 2025 after serving in that role in a limited capacity since 2023, has over 30 years of marketing and communications experience while playing a key role in the strategic approach at SCFCU since her arrival. With a lengthy background in the credit union industry, Case has a strong track record of leading initiatives in strategic planning, brand identity and marketing automation, and organizational growth and innovation.
At SCFCU, Case guides organizational alignment, working alongside the executive team to prioritize the initiatives and decisions that move the organization toward its long-term vision. She also oversees Investments and Multicultural Services, leads internal and strategic communications initiatives, provides communications leadership for DaLand CUSO, and serves as chair of TriUnity Foundation. Known for connecting vision to execution, Case has facilitated strategic planning and communications initiatives for credit unions, CUSOs, and industry partners nationwide.
This is the latest honor for Case, who last year was named 2025 Top Growth Strategist of the Year by the International Association for Top Professionals (IAOTP).
