SCFCU Welcomes Trio of Interns
St. Cloud Financial Credit Union is proud to invest in youth in the area and the next generation of leaders by providing hands-on opportunities to grow professionally while serving the local community.
As part of that commitment, SCFCU is excited to welcome three talented interns to the team: Kaleb Kuklok as Finance Operations Intern, and Penelope Carpenter and Kinzie Cusipag as Marketing Interns.
“SCFCU has spent a few years developing our internship program and is proud to offer future leaders of our industry opportunities within our organization to learn why credit union’s exist and why they operate,” SCFCU Chief Experience Officer Meggan Schwirtz said. “We are excited to welcome this year’s round of interns into the SCFCU family!”
Kuklok is currently a sophomore at the University of Minnesota-Duluth majoring in Finance. Originally from Sartell, Kuklok is passionate about the investment industry and hopes to pursue a future leadership role within the financial sector. As Finance Operations Intern, he looks forward to learning from SCFCU’s leadership team while contributing to the organization’s mission of making a meaningful difference in the lives of its members and communities.
“I’m really excited to begin my role as a Finance Operations Intern and to work for such a respected credit union,” Kuklok said. “I’m looking forward to learning as much as I can about the finance industry from great leaders and contributing to a team that is committed to making a positive impact for its members and community.”
Carpenter, who is returning after interning with SCFCU over winter break this past school year, will begin her sophomore year at the College of St. Benedict this fall, majoring in Business on the Pre-Med track. She is passionate about creativity, strategy and meaningful connection, and enjoys finding innovative ways to create marketing solutions that resonate with audiences.
“I love working with a team of passionate individuals who continue to think outside the box and strive to support our local community,” Carpenter said.
Cusipag is currently attending the University of St. Thomas, where she is double majoring in Journalism and Strategic Communications with minors in Communication Studies and Digital Media Arts. With experience in reporting, public relations, digital marketing and social media management, she brings a strong passion for storytelling and community connection to her role.
“I’m excited to spend the summer serving my community while gaining hands-on marketing experience and making meaningful connections along the way,” Cusipag said.
