TriUnity Foundation Seeking Grant Applications for Members Facing Terminal Illness

TriUnity Foundation is currently seeking applications for a grant opportunity intended to support members who are navigating a terminal illness.

For a limited time, TriUnity Foundation — an nonprofit founded by St. Cloud Financial Credit Union that seeks to alleviate the financial burden for those facing terminal illnesses — is accepting applications through the end of September for up to four grants worth $2,500 each.

For this cycle of applications, designated funds and grants are reserved to support women members. The grant money in this cycle is from the Dancing With Our Stars fundraiser, which SCFCU Director of Multicultural Services Eunice Adjei took part in last June in support of TriUnity Foundation.

TriUnity Foundation understands discussing personal health matters, especially those related to a terminal illness diagnosis, can be a deeply emotional and challenging experience, so we designed a confidential application to help understand applicants’ circumstances without being too difficult to complete.

At TriUnity Foundation, we believe in the power of unity to foster hope, healing and strength for those facing life’s most challenging circumstances. If you or someone you know may qualify, the foundation encourages you to apply today by clicking here.

"As someone facing Stage 4 colon cancer for the last two and a half years, the grant from the TriUnity Foundation could not have come at a better time,” said a grant recipient from a past grant cycle. “I am facing numerous financial difficulties. Before my diagnosis I knew people with cancer had a lot of expenses, but what I imagined should have been multiplied by a hundred. This grant will make this year so much easier for me and my family. I will no longer have to worry about finances this year and I can focus on fighting this cancer battle. I cannot thank the TriUnity Foundation enough! You are angels in my world!”
