SCFCU President and CEO Jed Meyer Named to Most Successful Business Leaders to Watch List

St. Cloud Financial Credit Union is proud to announce that President and CEO Jed Meyer has been named to The Enterprise World’s Most Successful Business Leaders to Watch list.

The Enterprise World, a premium business media platform that markets companies across various sectors and regions through unique media solutions, recently identified Meyer and SCFCU via an editorial and data research process.

Meyer was named to the Most Successful Business Leaders to Watch list for his commitment in leading SCFCU through a vision centered on financial stability, innovation, trust and meaningful community impact. The Enterprise World recently featured Meyer as the cover story of its May 2025 magazine edition.

"At SCFCU, we believe in something bigger than banking. It’s about people. It’s about us. That’s what this recognition represents — it’s about all of us at SCFCU. It’s about all our members. And it’s about all of us as a community,” Meyer said. “One thing that has never wavered for us at SCFCU is our focus on human connection — it’s what differentiates us from everyone else. We know that when we live our vision of making a meaningful difference through human connection, the financials will follow.

“Thank you to The Enterprise World for this honor and recognizing the stability, innovation, trust and meaningful impact we make at SCFCU.”

Meyer is a visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in banking and credit unions. Since 2014, he has served as President and CEO of SCFCU, leading the institution through more than 350 percent organic growth while maintaining its mission-driven, people-first culture. Meyer’s expertise in strategic planning, lending, and fintech innovation has positioned SCFCU as an industry leader in digital transformation and community impact.

“This recognition wouldn’t be possible without the trust our Board of Directors puts in me to lead SCFCU, without the leadership and forward-thinking of our executive team, and without our employees, members and communities,” Meyer said. "Thank you for being part of this journey. We look forward to continuing to build something bigger than banking.”

Meyer’s contributions have earned him recognition as Sartell Citizen of the Year (2019), St. Cloud Times 5 Under 40 (2015), and CU Times Trailblazer Under 40 (2015), along with being recognized by various magazines as the "CEO to Watch". A graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth, he holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Communications and played three years on the Bulldogs baseball team and was a team captain.
