SCFCU Named Winner of 2025 Minnesota Top Workplaces Award

St. Cloud Financial Credit Union is proud to announce it has received a 2025 Minnesota Top Workplaces Award.

The Minnesota Top Workplaces Award is a recognition awarded by The Minnesota Star Tribune in partnership with its employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. Top Workplaces is the nation’s most credible employer recognition program, with the honor earned through employee feedback. 

The confidential Energage survey measures the wholistic employee experience, including how employees feel respected and supported inside of the workplace, the enablement to grow and empowerment to execute from their employer, and more.

The 2025 Top Workplaces Award marks the seventh time SCFCU has received the recognition over the last nine years, a testament to the culture SCFCU has built over the last decade which translates to better serving our members.
