In this edition, we highlight Tranquil Minds Mental Health, a comprehensive mental health care provider located in Monticello that serves individuals of all ages in assessing, diagnosing and treating various mental health conditions through medication management and psychotherapy.
Background
As a healthcare provider, Roxanne DoBrava, APRN-CNP, PMHNP-BC has taken the road less traveled. Having worked in healthcare since she was 16, DoBrava began her career as a Nursing Assistant before moving with her husband to Wyoming. Soon after, she starting to work in a variety of specialties, but finding a love for mental health.
After she got a degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, DoBrava spent eight years working in Mental Health as an RN and Nurse Practitioner. Nearly two years ago, she decided it was time to start her own clinic, bringing Tranquil Minds Mental Health to life.
At Tranquil Minds Mental Health, DoBrava focuses mainly on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), which is a non-invasive, non-medication and FDA-cleared treatment for Major Depression and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

Relationship With SCFCU
In January of 2025, DoBrava was looking for a new place for her business accounts to call home. What was important to her was to find a small-town financial institution that she could feel comfortable with and that would have her best interests in mind.
