So… What’s a Live Teller Machine?

Think of our Live Teller Machines as an upgraded ATM. These machines let you handle everyday banking like deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers, all from the comfort of your car. So, what’s the difference between our Live Teller Machines and a traditional ATM? You get to speak with a real SCFCU teller through live video! Not a call center. Not someone across the country. A real person who works here, at your local credit union.

Have you ever been stuck at an ATM, unsure what to do next? By connecting you with a real SCFCU team member, we make sure we are there for you, so you never feel lost or confused without any help. Whether you need help making a payment, cashing a check, or just want someone to walk you through the process, you have a local expert right there with you!

What Can You Do With a Live Teller Machine?

You can do a lot more than you think! Here’s a list of what you can do with our Live Teller Machines:

  • Deposit cash or checks

  • Withdraw cash

  • Cash a check

  • Make a payment

  • Transfer money between SCFCU accounts

  • Ask us questions in real time

(After live-teller hours, these machines work like a standard ATM)

When Can I Use the Live Teller Machines?

Our Live Teller Machines are available beyond normal branch hours, giving you flexibility when life gets busy.

Drive-Up ITM Hours

Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

  • During these hours: Get live video help from a real, local SCFCU teller.

  • After these hours: Use the Live Teller Machines like a full-service ATM. While live teller assistance won’t be available, you are still able to deposit cash or checks and withdraw funds like always.

Ready to Try One?

Our Live Teller Machines are already available at a few branch locations, notably St. Cloud and Becker, but there will be similar machines coming soon to the rest of our branches — so stay tuned!
