SCFCU Teaming Up with St. Cloud Rox and Advantage 1 Insurance to Support Local Veterans
St. Cloud Financial Credit Union is once again teaming up with the St. Cloud Rox and Advantage 1 Insurance to raise money and awareness for our local veterans.
SCFCU and Advantage 1 Insurance are proudly sponsoring Rox Military Appreciation Night on Aug. 1 at Joe Faber Field in St. Cloud, an annual night that raises funds through a jersey auction in support of veterans and their families.
In honor of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the United States Declaration of Independence, the Rox are wearing special military-themed jerseys during select games in July, with those jerseys worn by players and coaches being auctioned off online now through Rox Military Appreciation Night on Aug. 1.
This year, net proceeds from the jersey auction will support two life-changing nonprofits: TriUnity Foundation and Freedom Flight. Proceeds raised will be split 50/50 between both organizations.
Thanks to bids, donations and support from the St. Cloud and surrounding communities, SCFCU, Advantage 1 Insurance and the Rox have helped raise nearly $20,000 in support of local veterans through this jersey auction the last two years.
The Military Appreciation Night Jersey Auction is open now and will close at 9 p.m. CT on Aug. 1. Join us in supporting our local veterans and military members!

Freedom Flight is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that flies hot air balloons to support the Prisoner of War / Missing in Action issues.
