SCFCU Named 2026 Top Workplaces, Earns Nine Culture Excellence & Industry Awards
St. Cloud Financial Credit Union is proud to announce it has been named one of the 2026 Top Workplaces in Minnesota.
The Top Workplaces Award is a recognition awarded by the Minnesota Star Tribune in partnership with its employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. Top Workplaces annually recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction.
“Earning the 2026 Top Workplaces Award is an honor because it comes authentically from our employees — the people who shape our culture every single day,” said SCFCU CFO Franco Cusipag, who oversees SCFCU’s Human Resources department.

The 2026 Top Workplaces Award marks the eighth time SCFCU has received the recognition over the last 10 years, a testament to the culture SCFCU has built over the last decade-plus and how that translates to better serving our members and communities.
