SCFCU Holds 96th Annual Meeting

St. Cloud Financial Credit Union held its 96th Annual Meeting on April 21 with SCFCU members, employees, Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee members in attendance at the Park Event Center in Waite Park.

Sony Lubrecht, 1st Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, kicked off the meeting in place of Board of Directors Chair, Randy Schreifels, who was unable to attend. Lubrecht began by calling the annual meeting to order while approving the minutes from the last annual meeting and offering a report on behalf of the Board of Directors. Supervisory Committee Chair, Charles Foster, followed that by providing a report of the Supervisory Committee.

SCFCU Chief Financial Officer Franco Cusipag then went into detail on the financial trends of the credit union over the past year and the positive outlook of SCFCU’s financial situation.

Jed Meyer, President and CEO of SCFCU, followed Cusipag by looking back on the past year, the success SCFCU had as a credit union, and reiterating the credit union’s commitment to our local roots, our members and our communities.

“At St. Cloud Financial Credit Union, everything we do starts with people — our members, our employees, and the communities we’re proud to serve,” Meyer said. “As a member-owned cooperative, our responsibility is bigger than just financial services. It’s about showing up, building trust, and making sure we remain strong, relevant, and rooted in service — not just for today, but for generations to come. And in 2025, that commitment showed up in a big way.”

Meyer then thanked the crowd of members in attendance as well as the dedication of SCFCU employees, executive team, Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee, and touched on SCFCU’s commitment to making a meaningful difference every single day.

“Every decision we make is grounded in one simple idea — doing what’s right for the people we serve. Because growth is important, but impact is what matters most. We will never lose focus on why we exist — for our members. And at SCFCU, we’re committed to making a meaningful difference — every single day.”

The conclusion of the Annual Meeting included the announcement of the re-election of two members of the Board of Directors: Ken Erickson and Becky Eisenwinter.
