St. Cloud Financial Credit Union Holds 94th Annual Meeting

St. Cloud Financial Credit Union held its 94th Annual Meeting on April 22 with SCFCU members, Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee in attendance at the Park Event Center in Waite Park.
Board of Directors Chair Andrew Johannes began the meeting by calling it to order while approving the minutes from the last annual meeting and offering a report of the Board of Directors. Supervisory Committee member James Holweger followed that by providing a report of the Supervisory Committee.
SCFCU Chief Financial Officer Franco Cusipag then went into detail on the financial trends of the credit union over the past year and the positive outlook of SCFCU’s financial situation.
Jed Meyer, President and CEO of SCFCU, followed Cusipag by looking back on the past year and offering insight on some things for members to see from SCFCU in the coming year. Meyer then thanked the members in attendance as well as the dedication of SCFCU staff, the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Committee, while reiterating SCFCU’s commitment to making a meaningful impact with every member and within the local communities SCFCU serves.
“Our year was filled with navigating challenges while embracing growth. All while keeping you, our members, at the root of all of our decisions,” Meyer said. “Your story is truly our passion. As I finish my 10th year as President and CEO, I can confidently tell you we have a staff that sets out to accomplish that goal with every member, every time.”
“We had a great financial and strategic year in 2023 while sticking to the belief that we truly believe when our community is stronger, you are stronger as our members. When our members are stronger, we are stronger as a credit union,” Meyer continued. “It continues to be my honor and privilege to serve as your President and CEO. More great things to come.”
The conclusion of the Annual Meeting included the announcement of the re-election of two members of the Board of Directors, Board Chair Andrew Johannes and First Vice Chair Randy Schreifels.
