SCFCU’S Meggan Schwirtz Named to 2024 Top Women Chief Experience Officers List
St. Cloud Financial Credit Union is proud to announce that Chief Experience Officer Meggan Schwirtz has been named to a 2024 Top 50 Women Chief Experience Officers List.
Women We Admire, an organization comprised of the most accomplished women executives and leaders across the United States and Canada, recently released its annual list of top women Chief Experience Officers, with Schwirtz among the 50 individuals across the country.
“All I ever wanted to do from the moment I stepped into the financial industry was to make a positive difference in the lives of the people around me, uplift women in business, and to have a member leave my office feeling better than when they came in,” Schwirtz said. “I’ve been so blessed to build a career off of those core initiatives. And I’ve been so fortunate to find a company like St. Cloud Financial Credit Union who puts these values into practice each and every day.”
Women We Admire selected Schwirtz and the list of women executives based on their display of delivering a cohesive, positive experience for customers across all touchpoints, as well as showcasing the ability to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, overseeing the design and implementation of strategies that improve the user experience.
“Meggan has shown incredible dedication to our SCFCU employees, members and communities over the years. Her exceptional leadership and vision have been instrumental in driving our credit union forward as we continue to find ways to better serve our members,” said Jed Meyer, CEO of SCFCU. “Meggan’s commitment to enhancing the experience of our members and employees is unmatched, and her leadership remains a valuable asset to our credit union. This top 50 honor is a testament to Meggan’s dedication and work over the years, and we are proud to have her as part of our executive leadership team here at SCFCU.”
Schwirtz has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, serving as SCFCU’s Chief Experience Officer since joining the credit union in 2022.
“From working for a CEO like Jed Meyer, who believes so strongly in giving back to our local community, to working alongside such a talented team, it’s honestly a dream come true,” Schwirtz said. “Thank you so much to the Women We Admire Organization for this honor, and congratulations to all of the hard working and talented women being recognized.”
