Bob Felix

Financial Advisor

Bob Felix is a seasoned financial services expert with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. Bob has been with St. Cloud Financial Credit Union for nearly a decade, assisting members and the community in their pursuit of financial growth and future planning.

At SCFCU, Bob leads the financial services area as Financial Advisor while offering personalized investment, retirement and insurance services to help members reach their goals and aspirations. Bob specializes in helping individuals plan for retirement, walking them through numbers but more importantly connecting with individuals in providing advice that will be best for them in the long run.

Bob takes pride in connecting with members throughout the community, getting to know them better and ultimately understanding their situation in life so he can provide advice with their best interests in mind. Bob is here for members to create a plan they are comfortable with and gives them confidence in their financial future.

Outside of SCFCU, Bob enjoys camping, singing and playing volleyball, pickleball and golf. He enjoys volunteering and being active in the community as much as possible and is a board member for a local church organization.

Sean Artley

Financial Representative

Sean Artley is a seasoned financial services professional with a strong focus on relationship management and community-driven financial growth. As a Financial Representative at St. Cloud Financial Credit Union, Sean plays a key role in expanding the credit union’s reach by cultivating strategic partnerships with individuals and businesses. He specializes in connecting clients with tailored financial solutions and assisting them in their financial planning and growth.

With over three years in financial services and more than two decades of business leadership experience, Sean brings a real-world understanding of both personal and commercial financial needs. His passion for helping others achieve financial wellness drives his efforts to grow the credit union's membership and build long-term, trusted relationships across Central Minnesota.

Recognized as the 2024 I-94 Chamber’s Business Person of the Year, Sean is known for his commitment to service, integrity, and economic development. His approach combines proactive outreach with deep community involvement, making him a vital connector between local businesses and the financial tools that fuel their growth.

Before entering the financial industry, Sean built a successful track record as a multi-business owner and operator. Sean’s career reflects a deep commitment to service, entrepreneurship, and community involvement. His unique blend of experience positions him as a trusted advisor and advocate for local economic growth.
