SCFCU Receives Award of Distinction During 31st Annual Communicator Awards
St. Cloud Financial Credit Union is proud to announce that it has been recognized by The Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA) during the 31st Annual Communicator Awards.
The Communicator Awards recognizes excellence, effectiveness and innovation across all areas of communication nationwide. For 31 years, the platform has provided an equal opportunity for companies, agencies, organizations and independent creators to be honored, regardless of team size or project budget.
SCFCU received an Award of Distinction under the “Advertising Campaigns - Financial Services” category for its Meaningful Difference video series highlighting the credit union’s Meaningful Difference Program.
“At SCFCU, we believe in more than just banking. In everything we do, we strive to give back, make a meaningful difference and tell the stories of our members and communities,” SCFCU President and CEO Jed Meyer said. “We are proud of our Meaningful Difference Program and the impact it has made on our members. This is a testament to our employees and their commitment to go above and beyond in making a lasting impact on the lives of all, beyond their financial needs.”
The award-winning campaign was in partnership with Perk at Play Productions and its owner/content director Eric Perkins. The Award of Distinction is presented to projects or campaigns that exceed industry standards in quality and achievement.
“Telling the inspiring stories of the many ways in which St. Cloud Financial Credit Union gives back to the communities they serve is a true privilege,” Perkins said.
The Communicator Awards are open for all companies, agencies, organizations and individuals involved in producing marketing, communications and creative projects for any audience. This year, over 3,000 entries were received from ad agencies, digital agencies, production firms, in-house creative & communications professionals, graphic designers, design firms, and public relations firms across the nation.
“Receiving this recognition reinforces the heart behind our work. We’re not just telling stories, we’re sharing the real impact we strive to make every day in the lives of our members and within our communities,” SCFCU Marketing Manager Mitchell Hansen said. “We appreciate and value our partnership with Eric Perkins and Perk at Play Productions in helping us bring these stories to life. It’s an honor to be acknowledged for something so deeply meaningful to all of us at SCFCU.”
