SCFCU's Eunice Adjei Recognized by Stearns County Board of Commissioners

St. Cloud Financial Credit Union is proud to announce that Director of Multicultural Services, Eunice Adjei, has been recognized for her service and unwavering commitment to supporting those in need.

Adjei was recently honored by the Stearns County Board of Commissioners for nearly a decade of service on the Stearns County Human Services Advisory Committee. Adjei received a Public Service Recognition Award for her service to the residents of Stearns County.

“I am deeply grateful to have been recognized by Stearns County Board of Commissioners for my nine years of service on the Stearns County Human Services Advisory Committee,” Adjei said. “Receiving this public service recognition plaque is a meaningful acknowledgment of the dedication and effort put forth alongside my fellow committee members.

“I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who has been part of this journey. Together, we’ve made strides toward creating a more inclusive and supportive community,” Adjei continued. “I look forward to continuing this important work and exploring new ways to serve and uplift those around us.”

In her time on the Stearns County Human Services Advisory Committee, Adjei contributed to initiatives that support our community’s most vulnerable populations. That included collaborating, learning and having impactful discussions on how to enhance the well-being of Stearns County residents.

“At SCFCU, our mission is to make a meaningful difference for all while taking purposeful action within our communities. Eunice and her endless commitment to serving our members and communities is inspiring,” SCFCU President and CEO Jed Meyer said. “We are proud of Eunice and all that she has done and we are lucky to have her part of our team here at SCFCU.”

Her passion and involvement on the committee is a true example of SCFCU’s core values in action, including the values “United We Make a Meaningful Difference” and “Service Above Self With Balance.”

“Eunice has dedicated her time and energy to making a meaningful impact while staying deeply connected to our community,” SCFCU Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer Chase Larson said. “She also works tirelessly alongside others to create positive change and ensure a stronger, more inclusive future for all.”

Adjei — who has been deeply involved within the community for more than a decade — joined SCFCU in 2023 as Director of Multicultural Services. In her role, Adjei leads initiatives and strategies to support the multicultural community and the surrounding community at large.
