Why we are Relaxin' for a Reason

Every Tuesday, St. Cloud Financial Credit Union employees and members relax for a reason to raise awareness and donations for a local non-profit or cause as part of our Relaxin’ for a Reason initiative.

Currently, SCFCU is supporting two organizations — AnnaMarie’s Alliance and Compassion Connection — in the first quarter of the year.

AnnaMarie’s Alliance, located in St. Cloud, provides education, intervention and advocacy to those affected by relationship abuse with a holistic approach and anti-oppression focus.

Compassion Connection, located in Becker, is a volunteer-run donation-based organization that empowers youth experiencing foster care, nurtures families and restores dignity to every child they serve.

Give Freely With NetGiver

Instead of gathering physical items, SCFCU will be utilizing NetGiver, an app that allows you to not only support these two organizations we are currently highlighting through monetary donations, but allows you to donate to any nonprofit of your choice. With NetGiver, you can give freely to any nonprofit you would like to support, with 100% of your donation reaching the charity of your choice.

SCFCU cares about what our members care about — and that includes nonprofits you support. You can give to the nonprofit of your choice through NetGiver directly from your SCFCU checking or savings account — all at no cost to you or your nonprofit.
