2) Points are non-transferable and are forfeited in the event the enrolled credit card account is closed. If a qualifying account is reopened, points forfeited at prior closure(s) will not be reinstated.
3) Points will only be awarded to qualifying credit accounts that comply with all provisions and terms of use outlined in the MasterCard Credit Card agreement in addition to those outlined in this SCFCU MasterCard Rewards Program Rules & Disclosure. You also agree to the Terms, Conditions, and Rules set forth by the Vendors and Partners of the Program, that are offering the Rewards and other benefits of the Program. As outlined on the Vendor or Partners site.
4) Your St. Cloud Financial Credit Union MasterCard Credit Card statement will normally include the number of Points Earned, subject to adjustment as provided for in these Rules. Your Credit Card may be charged for the actual cash difference between the cost of the Award Redeemed and the net value of the actual Points available in the event You redeem unearned points or items.
5) Delinquent accounts are not eligible to earn points. Points will resume accruing when the
account is no longer over-limit or delinquent. Additionally, points will be forfeited if the cardholder is delinquent for 3 (consecutive) Cycles or if the card is closed due to Bankruptcy (i.e., the Debt is not reaffirmed in the bankruptcy).
6) St. Cloud Financial Credit Union and its partners may, at any time with or without notice, change program rules, regulations, benefits, or conditions of participation. This right includes changing the rate(s) of point accrual, eligible benefits for points already accrued, and termination of the program generally, in whole or in part.
7) Points are tracked and redeemable on a first in, first out basis. Points will expire on the last day of the month, four (4) years after the date of issuance. No compensation will be provided for accumulated points that expire.
8) Your account must be open and in good standing, (i.e., not canceled or terminated by either party, delinquent or otherwise not available to use for charges) at the time your order is received for processing. SCFCU and/or its partners reserve the right to suspend your participation in the Program until the account is in good standing.
9) Despite the Programs best efforts to ensure accuracy, printing errors occasionally occur. The Program reserves the right to correct such errors, at any time even if it affects a pending Award redemption.
10) SCFCU shall resolve all questions of what constitutes an eligible charge. All Rule determinations by SCFCU are final. Your use of your account following receipt of these Rules will indicate your agreement to these rules. You also agree to hold SCFCU Harmless on any issue, bankruptcy, insolvency, or issue to redeem points that arise with a vendor or partner that SCFCU uses to make this program available to our members.
