SCFCU’s Sean Artley Named I-94 Chamber of Commerce 2024 Business Person of the Year

 

St. Cloud Financial Credit Union is proud to announce that Business Development Manager Sean Artley has been named 2024 Business Person of the Year by the I-94 West Chamber of Commerce.

This award annually honors a person who sets an example as a dedicated business leader, projects a positive image in the community, works to motivate and encourage other entrepreneurs, and actively contributes to the growth of the community.

“I am honored to be the I-94 Chamber Business Person of the Year because it recognizes my dedication to leadership, innovation and community involvement,” Artley said. “This award is a testament to the hard work and commitment of my team at St. Cloud Financial Credit Union, our collective efforts to provide exceptional financial services, and our shared goal of making a positive impact in our community. “ 

Artley was nominated for the award due to his clear passion for connection within the community and business population. He regularly shares his knowledge with I-94 West Chamber of Commerce staff and members along with his willingness to help education and share resources above and beyond the norm.

“I’m proud to honor Sean Artley as the I-94 West Business professional of the year.  He is the type of person who collaborates and goes above and beyond to share helpful business information with others with a huge smile on his face,” said Mindy Smith, President of the I-94 West Chamber of Commerce. “He has been an active chamber member and is welcoming, knowledgeable and relates well to all types of businesses.  He exemplifies the I-94 West Chamber’s foundational pillar of collaboration.” 

Artley has been the Business Development Manager at SCFCU for two years. He has continuously shown his passion helping businesses and members while being heavily involved within the community and building relationship with businesses and community members.

“Sean has the unique ability of connecting with business owners and being an invaluable resource for them and their business,” said Abby Legatt, SCFCU Vice President of Business & Investment Services. “He always goes above and beyond, truly living the SCFCU core values and working hard for the greater good. This award is a well-deserved recognition of his dedication and outstanding contributions to the community.”

Artley was honored with this award at the 2024 Circle of Excellence Awards reception on June 12 at The Crown Room in Rogers alongside six recipients of awards in other categories.
